Fall/Winter 2003 vintage Chanel tweed skirt suit designed by Karl Lagerfeld. Design details include classic Chanel tweed in brown, cream & black with frayed edging along collar, cuffs, pockets and hems. The jacket has stunning walnut wood and mother of pearl buttons down front, as well as on two pockets creating a understated elegance that mixing unexpected natural materials. The "CHANEL PARIS" is subtly carved into each mother of pearl finish along jacket. The skirt is equally as thoughtful with an unexpected design element of a invisible zipper in the front that creates a slit if wanted. Skirt is also adorned with a small mother or pearl double C logo.
Each piece is fully lined in iconic Chanel silk with camellia and double C logo print along with a weighted chain running inside the bottom hem of jacket. Worn together or separately for a classic Chanel girl look.
