Featuring tweed from the house of Lesage, an atelier working with the brand since 1996. Chanel has worked with this atelier to reinvent their tweeds, which have include unexpected materials and embroidery work.
The buttons on this piece are just as incredible; a lucite round button with a starburst around the signature double C logo. With frayed edges, silk lining and the ever so thin chain that runs along the bottom hem. Why the interior chain? The chain acts as a slight weight which gentle pulls the fabric down so it fall just right on the body.
